Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen mixed berries*

1 ripe banana

2 tbsp collagen (optional)**

2 tbsp milk of your choosing


Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine frozen berries, banana and collagen. Blend until smooth. Add ice or milk (I like almond milk) if needed.

  2. Top with more fruit, peanut butter and granola.


Notes:

  1. *Fresh berries work as well, but add a handful of ice to the smoothie to keep it cool

  2. **Collagen has many health benefits to improve your skin, hair, and nails. It also provides a protein boost! I buy plain, but chocolate collagen tastes great in smoothies or oatmeal too!
